Valerie Castile bore her whole heart as she remembered her son, Philando Castile, on the anniversary of the day his life was "denied". Surrounded by family, friends, and press Momma Castile shared who Philando was to her and the community as she stood in the middle of the Peace Garden dedicated as a remembrance to him.
